Where can I learn how draw comics? step by step draw

I would like to learn how to draw so I can make my own comics. Is there anywhere cheap I can learn how to draw online? I've went to look at Deviant Art to try to get get some help but I'm still stuck in the crappy stick figure drawing stage. Answer
Study real human anatomy.
